SOILS/ GRAZING INFORMATION:       The property is primarily composed of Gracemore and Reinach sandy loam soils which are ideally suited to high yielding food plots and additional habitat development. The current land base is predominantly native mid and tallgrass forage species.

WILDLIFE/RECREATION:          The property’s location along to the Canadian River corridor enhances the wildlife habitat. Additionally, the abundant deer population is attracted by the adjacent crop fields and the properties cover and native habitat. The ecological site location includes mature Cottonwood grove, American Elm, Persimmons, sandplum and blackberry thickets.
