Ty hails from Colorado, where his family has been ranching for generations. Now an established rancher in Oklahoma, Ty has successfully transitioned from out of state and has firsthand experience navigating complex transactions, including 1031 exchanges.

Growing up in the cow-calf sector of ranching, Ty also rodeoed throughout high school and college, building a vast network across the Midwest. He takes pride in helping buyers find properties that best suit their specific needs and production goals.

Specializing in agricultural, recreational, and rural properties in southeast Oklahoma, he has deep understanding of the land and its potential which makes him a valuable resource for anyone looking to invest in this region.

Outside of his professional life, Ty enjoys spending time working on the ranch with his family. He is passionate about production agriculture and is dedicated to ensuring his clients have all the tools and information necessary to make sound business decisions.
