The primary soils represented are Bethany- Pawhuska complex, Grainola- Shidler complex and silt loams in the lower lying areas. The property is rated at approximately 4000 lbs/ac/yr providing above average forage production suitable for either stocker or cow-calf production.
Wildlife and Recreation: Osage County is renowned for its diverse wildlife, with this area being no exception. The region’s historical wildlife management practices contribute to exceptional Whitetail deer hunting.
